🗳 A proposal for improving the Taycan chain is put forward in the governance vote 🗳 Taycan is a blockchain based on Tendermint consensus, where the blockchain works by staking coins, and validators who run validation nodes approve blocks. Users delegate their coins to validators and receive rewards by distributing inflated coins according to the ratio of their delegated quantity to the number of coins delegated to validators. Therefore, the validator has the right and duty to approve the block. If the validator is not faithful to the obligation, the staked coin will be slashed, and the coins delegated to the validator are also slashed at this time. All of the slashed coins will not be recovered permanently. Recently, the slashing case after the Taycan mainnet swap happened to the staking SFL holders. Therefore, a slashing mitigation proposal has been proposed to prevent this case and protect users' benefits.
